Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Perfect size for a small apartment

MBRogers 7/24/2026

I bought this Whirlpool compact washer for its size™€"perfect for my galley kitchen. Since I live alone, the 1.6 cu. ft. capacity handles all my laundry in one go. It™€™s easy to move between the dining room and kitchen, making installation to the kitchen sink flexible and hassle-free. The machine cleans effectively™€"even got out a blood stain with Tide EVO that another detergent I've been using for years, missed. It runs quietly, with no noticeable vibration or movement during spin cycles. I™€™ve had no issues with stability, even on a level surface. For gentleness: my delicates, including a few lightweight knits and a dress shirt, came out clean without pilling or stretching. It™€™s clear the wash action is balanced™€"thorough but not harsh. The only downside? The drain hose is shorter than I™€™d like due to the height of the sink. I haven't had a chance to go to the hardware store to see about getting a longer one. Otherwise, it™€™s been reliable and easy to maintain™€"cleaning it after 30 washes was simple. Highly recommend for anyone in a small space. Four stars only because of the hose length.

Poor quality

century flight 2/23/2026

Transmission seal leaked after just one year and out of warranty period. Between the parts and labor to repair the washer is not worth fixing. This failed seal should have lasted 4 to 5 years. Also the washer hose hookup to the sink faucet has always leaked no matter how it was secured. The washer is of poor overall quality considering the price paid.

Not Bad 6/26/2025

Pros: Quiet, seems to wash well, except have sometimes gotten black marks on sheets. Cons: Basket doesn't fill with enough water for full load of sheets/towels. Electrical cord shorter than last model, so needed to find a different grounded outlet. Sometimes hard to hook wash hose up to faucet.

Great Choice for Small Loads

Che1 7/30/2024

I bought this product about a month ago and it has exceeded my expectations. It cleans our clothes well and the wash cycles are excellent. There are several choices to choose from so far, it's all worked for my washing needs. I would recommend this machine to users in small living areas.

DO NOT BUY

Customer without a washer 4/5/2024

Actuator assembly already broke after only 6 months and whirlpool is not making the parts anymore DO NOT BUY. The whirlpool repairman said I have a ™€œbig ol™€™ paperweight™€, and it isn™€™t even paid off yet and now I have to buy a new washer. I am dealing with the warranty but it has been 2 months so far and I am supposed to wait for the part I need, but for how long? The repairman told me the Whirlpool parts have the fictitious ETA date of 12/31/2099. No parts are being made but I have to wait until it™€™s in stock. Save yourself the trouble, just do not buy this.

THIS IS THE WORST appliance I have ever bought.

Marma’’[ 2/25/2024

It was thenonly apartment size washing machine available, It holds almost nothing. I have to do 2 wash loads for every one for my last apartment washer. The water doesn™€™t cover the clothes. The place to put the softener is not visible most of the time and I have to let the washer start the cycle and move so where you put the softener is visible. The water runs cold automatically and after a time switches to the setting one wants. So if you want hot, it is warm. It was very expensive but there was no other choice available.. All in all, it makes a necessary chore unpleasant.

Quality Product

Anita 2/21/2024

I had a small portable portable washing machine that I used in my apartment for 6 years. It finally broke down and I wasn't able to get it repaired. I needed to replace it. I purchased three different small machines that were far less expensive than this one and sent them all back because they arrived smelling so toxic that I couldn't even have them in my apartment. I decided to give this small Whirlpool machine a try even though it was more expensive. I'm so glad I did!!! It took several weeks to arrive, but I was told that it would take that long. It arrived exactly on time in perfect condition and with almost no odor. Two weeks later it is almost entirely out-gased. The instructions for setting it up were easy to follow. It is slightly larger and far sturdier than my old one. I had a few questions and the customer service support was friendly and able to answer them quickly. I had one concern that I thought I needed in home service for and the customer service was able to arrange for a technician to come out the next day. Fortunately, I was able to figure out that the problem was caused by the fact that I had not removed the plastic film. When I did that, the problem went away so I cancelled the service call. It was a relief to know that there is service available should I need it in the future. I've used it a few times now and it works well. Be aware that the impeller system works differently from the agitator system. I find that the clothes twist together more with an impeller. However I don't see a difference in how clean they get. I am considering having it installed more permanently, but that would require some remodeling, so for the time being it I am using it as portable. I keep it on a small adjustable furniture dolly to make it easy to roll it in and out of the closet where I keep it when it's not in use. I haven't tried using the wheels it comes with, but from my experience, my little dolly works best. In summary if you are looking for a small, portable washer don't waste time looking at the more inexpensive options. This machine is well worth the extra money you might have to spend on it.

WARNING!! Built to break

bbaggio 2/11/2023

I bought it less than 3 years ago. It completely died mid-cycle. Lid was locked. Had towels sitting in water and could not even read the model or serial number because it was under the locked lid. It ended up being an electrical board issue. Called customer service and warranty at Whirlpool™€¦they said they could do nothing for me. After spending nearly a grand I have to go buy another washer in less than 3 years. Whirlpool puts out a poorly made machine and does not stand behind their product! Don™€™t buy whirlpool!!

I've been using the washing machine about a month. I am happy with this machine. There are many functions and easy to use. However, I don't like one thing. It's a powdered detergent dispenser. After stop machine, there are some water left in the dispenser. Is there any good idea to avoid leave water in it?

We purchased our washing machine in June and it™€™s currently being repaired for the 4th time. My wife and I are both nurses and can™€™t wash our dirty contaminated work clothes as soon as we get home. We have not been able to wash our clothes at home for well over a month. The part we need to be replaced AGAIN is not in stock. Whirlpool will NOT REPLACE THE MACHINE. Take your money elsewhere™€¦or you will be bleeding cash at the laundromats right along side us. Bring back old machine

Old machine 7/7/2021

HAd to replace my old compact whirlpool washing machine after 15 years washing almost every day. This new whirlpool compact washer is no where near as good as my old one. First of all my old one was bigger and can wash more clothes. It had an agitator in the machine the lint compartment is hard to clean. I do like the fact that I can add time to the cycle or reduce. Softner compartment does not always end in the right pace so it can be difficult to add softner

Have to wash everything twice

Adelecj 12/26/2019

I cannot believe this machine has a 5 star. I have to wash, or at least rinse almost every load twice. Bedding is the worst. Sheets turn into a donut with one covering the top. I just went to put my load into the dryer and the middle of the sheet that wrapped around the top is still dry! I only put one set of queen sheets in and this happens every time! Many time there are still sudds in my clothes and I have to do an additional since and spin or whole cycle.
